POLICY
APPOINTMENTS
All appointments must be booked through our official booking system. Clients are responsible for reviewing and confirming their appointment date, time, and services before arrival
MULTIPLE SERVICES
When booking multiple services, each service is scheduled sequentially and may generate separate confirmation messages.
Receiving multiple confirmations does not change the start time of the initial service.
START TIME
Your appointment start time is the time of your first scheduled service. Clients must arrive ready to begin service at that time.
CLIENT PREPARATION
Clients must arrive with hair fully prepared as required for the selected service. Failure to do so may result in inability to perform services and forfeiture of deposit.
DEPOSITS
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit. Deposits secure the stylist’s time and are applied toward services rendered.
MISSED APPOINTMENTS / NO-SHOWS
Failure to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment constitutes a missed appointment.
Missed appointments result in forfeiture of deposit. No exceptions.
